The Greek flora has a rich composition of wild flowers, shrubs and herbs, due to climatic and soil conditions it gathers in small areas a rare variety of plants. The types of honey produced in our country are many and each has its own value.
Glucose and fructose in honey are in their simplest form, digestible for the body. Honey has nothing to do with sugar which destroys the organs and their proper functioning.
When honey enters the body, it is recognized as an «organic product» and the glucose that is absorbed into the blood is not in large quantities because it gets what the body needs and not uncontrollable as with sugar.
