Royal jelly is the main food of the queen bee. It is categorized as a superfood and is extremely nutritious. It helps the proper functioning of the nervous system and the whole body.
Contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12 and in smaller amounts of vitamins C, D, A and E. Contains minerals - sodium, potassium, iron, calcium, zinc, chromium , manganese and nickel-, amino acids, enzymes, trace elements, antibacterial and antibiotic elements.
All the essential amino acids for humans are present in the royal jelly and, in fact, in sufficient proportions.
Dosage: Adults 1 special spoon in the morning before breakfast. Place the Royal jelly under the tongue until dissolved. Children 1/2 spoon.
It should not be exposed to air or light (for this reason it is stored in a dark vial).
We do not use a metallic but a plastic spoon.
